Trish Garland – Master Instructor Trainer<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Trish Garland was hand-picked by Romana Kryanowska to carry on the work of Joseph Pilates. Now a world renown Romana\u2019s Pilates\u00a0 Instructor-Trainer, Trish personally supervises each client\u2019s progress. In addition to sharing her knowledge with clients and
Instructors in the Los Angeles training center, Trish also appears as a guest instructor throughout the world at seminars, dance symposiums and other Pilates training centers. Trish has been teaching thousands – from beginners to those with advanced certification \u2013 in the authentic Method of Joseph Pilates.<\/p>\n

An accomplished Broadway dancer and actor ,Trish starred in the original production of \u201cA Chorus Line\u201d, the legendary musical which ran for 15 years in New York. She developed and starred in the show from workshop through its first three years on Broadway, where she created role of “Judy Turner,” for which she received the prestigious Drama Desk Award,\u00a0(Read the LA Times Review of Trish’s Performance)<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0The production won nine Tony Awards, as well as the 1976 Pulitzer Prize for Drama. Trish, a Buddhist, along with her husband George Drucker, a strategic communications guru, lives in Los Angeles but is a citizen of the world both \u00a0spiritually and creatively.<\/p>\n

Michael Goodell
Instructor Trainer<\/h3>

Michael was certified in Romana\u2019s Pilates in 2005 and has been an Instructor with Trish ever since, becoming a Teacher Trainer in 2015. He found his way to Romana\u2019s Pilates after discovering that it was the perfect remedy for years at a desk job and \u201cweekend warrior\u201d athletic endeavors. Witnessing the transformational power of Pilates first hand, he is passionate about sharing the work - and the benefits - with others. He is a certified therapeutic personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine and practices integrative fitness training.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Lynette Hershler
Instructor Trainer<\/h3>

Lynette Hershler was Born in Cape Town, South Africa. Her earliest career, a modern dance teacher led to becoming a client of Trish Garland Pilates Studio in the late nineties while managing a stressful business in clothing design. After giving birth to a third child, a new career was ignited realizing her passion for the Pilates and its transformational benefits. She completed her certification in 2012 as a Romana's Pilates instructor and evolved from student to teacher! Being an avid yoga student Lynette too holds certification in vinyasa based yoga practice. Her goal is to spread the knowledge while helping others gain health, strength vitality and grace through a deeper connection of mind body and spirit.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Marlene McCoy
Instructor<\/h3>

Marlene came to Pilates and teaching via a performing arts career. After a career as a dancer and a time in the corporate world with Citigroup, she found her way back into the arts teaching ballet with the Alvin Ailey Arts and Education Program and later Pilates. She studied with Romana Kryzanowska as a teenager and with other disciples of Romana (Kathy Grant and Carola Trier). Marlene has been teaching Pilates since 2014, starting in New York. She received her certification from True Pilates in New York in 2016. She studied directly with Sari Meija Santo, daughter of Romana Kryzanowska. Marlene continues to study with Master Teachers and bring her learning to her clients.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You Jin Kim
Instructor<\/h3>

You Jin was born in New Jersey but raised in Korea. In 2017 she started her Pilates journey because of a severe neck, shoulder, and hip pain. After reconditioning and strengthening her body she decided to continue her journey and become a Pilates instructor. Later You Jin desired to learn even more about the depth of this wonderful method. She found a world-renowned Master Instructor, Trish Garland, and decided to join Romana's Pilates. You Jin became a certified Romana's Pilates Instructor in 2021.
You Jin loves to share everything she has learned with her clients and to help them achieve their wellness goals. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
